PoliMoves aggregates publicly available disclosures — including U.S. Congressional stock trades reported under the STOCK Act and corporate-insider transactions reported to the SEC on Form 4 — and presents them alongside scores, summaries, and AI-generated insights. The Service is an information and research tool.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to adopt any investment strategy. PoliMoves is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We make no representation that any information, score, or insight is accurate, complete, or timely. Data is derived from third-party public filings that may contain errors, omissions, or delays, and our scores and AI outputs are estimates that may be wrong. The official government and SEC filings are the authoritative source.

Underlying public filing data is sourced from government and SEC records. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including hosting, data, email, and AI providers). AI-generated insights are produced automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete; treat them as a starting point, not a conclusion. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,”without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoliMoves and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PoliMoves and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of PoliMoves is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
